How do I reserve a rental item for my event?
Booking is easy! Just complete the "Book Your Event" form on our website. A non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is included for events located within 10 miles of zip code 20603. A $65 delivery fee will apply for locations beyond that radius.

What’s included in each photo booth package?

Do your packages include an attendant?
Yes! All photo booth packages include at least one professional onsite attendant to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can I customize my photo booth template and start screen?
Absolutely! Customization is included with all packages except Classic Elegance. We’ll work with you to create a design that matches your event theme perfectly.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Your initial deposit is fully transferrable as a credit toward a future event, subject to availability. We kindly request a minimum of 30 days' written notice for both rescheduling and cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit. For full details, please refer to our Change/Cancellation Policy.

Can I rent items without booking a photo booth?
Of course! Our backdrops and event rentals are available to rent individually or alongside a photo booth. Customize your event with the pieces that fit your vision.

Can I upgrade my photo booth backdrop to one of your premium rental options?
Yes! All photo booth packages include a standard black or white backdrop. If you’d like to elevate your photo booth experience with one of our luxe backdrop rentals, a $75 upgrade fee will apply. This is considered an add-on to your package and is based on availability.

Am I able to set up my own backdrop for the booth?
Absolutely! We love seeing our clients' creativity and welcome custom backdrops, balloon walls, or any setup that brings your vision to life. Just a reminder—a standard black or white backdrop is included with your photo booth rental, and we also offer a variety of luxe backdrop rental options if you’d like to upgrade.
