Booking and Reservations

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance is due in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Please refer to our Change & Cancellation Policy for specific terms related to changes to your booking.

Payment Terms

Payments for our Services must be made through the available payment methods on the Site, which may include credit cards, debit cards, or other secure payment systems. You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other costs incurred.

Delivery and Setup

We provide delivery for bookings within a specified service area (usually up to 10 miles from the 20603 ZIP code). Additional charges may apply for delivery beyond this range. Our team will handle the setup of the rented items at the designated location, and the client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for the installation of our products.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Change & Cancellation Policy for details regarding deposit refunds, cancellation fees, and rescheduling procedures. By booking with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the policy, which includes conditions on transferring deposits, refund eligibility, and any applicable penalties for cancellations made within a certain timeframe.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible, safe, and appropriate for the setup and operation of the rented products. You agree to provide sufficient space for setup and that no hazardous or damaging activities will occur near the rented items. Additionally, you must provide accurate information regarding the event space and location to avoid any delays in the setup process.

Indemnity and Liability

By booking our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elysian Essence Events, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, your event, or any Service provided.

Elysian Essence Events is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use, placement, or handling of rented items. You assume full responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of guests and event attendees.
